Cloud managed services provide ongoing support for public-cloud workloads and the operational tasks assigned to a provider. GlobalITN can review your cloud environment, identify ownership and supplier dependencies, and scope support for approved services. The operating plan states which workloads, accounts, changes, maintenance tasks and escalation routes are included; migrations and major redesigns are separately scoped projects.
A cloud support scope begins with an inventory of accounts, workloads, owners, vendors, dependencies and current operating processes. GlobalITN and the client agree who handles routine administration, service requests, change approvals, provider cases and project work. Support can be considered for Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services after the platform, access, skills and operational requirements are reviewed.

The proposal should document:

A migration changes where or how a workload runs and needs a project plan, testing, acceptance and handover. Cloud managed services cover recurring operational responsibilities after the workload and support boundaries are documented. If a migration or new deployment is needed, scope that work first and agree how the resulting environment will be operated.
Use the Azure page for Azure-specific operational support and the AWS page for AWS-specific services. This hub explains the general support model. Financial-services cloud migration and regulated-sector requirements belong on the dedicated financial-services page.

They are recurring operational tasks for cloud accounts and workloads that a provider is assigned to support under an agreed scope.
A migration is normally project work. Ongoing support can be agreed after testing and handover.
GlobalITN can review requirements for Azure and AWS and confirm which platform tasks it can include in a written scope.
Only where the relevant tools, hours, workloads and responsibilities are explicitly included in the agreement.
Only approved changes within the documented authority and change process should be performed.
Tell us which cloud platforms, accounts and workloads you use, what support you need, and where responsibilities sit today. GlobalITN can discuss an operating scope and identify any migration or project work that should be handled separately.
