Support for multiple offices
A regional service needs a consistent way to report and route requests while accounting for differences between offices. The scope should name covered countries and sites, local contacts, supported systems, available service windows, onsite arrangements, language or access dependencies and third-party providers. Coverage is confirmed for each location before it is included.

A regional operating model
GlobalITN and the client can agree a central service contact, location-specific escalation paths and a shared record of open work. The model may coordinate user support, network operations, Microsoft and cloud services or supplier follow-up where these tasks are included. Site teams keep their local decision responsibilities, including approvals for access, purchases and production changes.

Remote coordination and local engineering
Many requests can be assessed remotely through approved access. Work that requires hands-on support depends on the location and delivery arrangement. Before service starts, confirm whether a task will be completed by GlobalITN staff, a local delivery partner or the client’s own team. The service plan should identify the contact, expected lead time and applicable commercial terms without implying a region-wide response guarantee.

Ongoing support and deployment are different
This page covers recurring support across offices. A new office opening, equipment rollout or large infrastructure change is project delivery and belongs on the APAC IT Deployment Partner or relevant deployment page. Once a deployment is documented and handed over, ongoing operations can be scoped separately.
